paulamichelle.co.uk - help for those having problems

The site uses only the most browser compliant standard html, css and Java code, however some features depend on your operating system and browser being reasonably up-to-date.

Older versions of MS Internet Explorer cannot display the menus properly and will not display some portfolio images as intended. Please try to look at the site with a more up-to-date system.

Linux users: Conqueror has problems with some aspects of the site - please use Firefox to look at external sites.

paulamichelle.co.uk employs Javascript for some pop-up windows and password protected areas, so please ensure you have Java and Javascript switched on.

To switch on Java - Apple Safari

• Go to Safari > Preferences...
• Go to the "Security" tab
• Ensure "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript" have a tick next to them

To switch on Java - Firefox

• Go to Firefox Preferences
• Go to the "Content" tab
• Ensure "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript" have a tick next to them

To switch on Java - MS Internet Explorer

• Go to Explorer Preferences
• Go to the "Web Browser > Java" pane
• Ensure "Enable Java" has a tick next to it

The site does not use auto pop-ups, so the entire site and all pop-up windows should work properly even if you have blocked pop-ups.

Despite this, if you still experience problems you can access all pages and pop-ups in pure html (no Java) from the Site Map page.
