2 Goods are not supplied on a trial basis and can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us immediately if you have any queries regarding damaged or faulty goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not effected.

3 Cancellation of our order is only possible under circumstances as laid out in the OFT's Home shopping: Distance Selling Regulations. In these instances goods must be returned to us unused and in "as new" condition and at your own expense.

4 Supply of goods ordered is subject to Paula Michelle Ltd having the goods in stock; and is contingent on strikes, accident and emergency or other causes beyond the control of Paula Michelle Ltd. Some goods are offered on a one-off basis and may never be repeated.

5 Our stock is very limited and subject to continual change. If your order is out of stock we will contact straight away and let you know if we intend to get more stock. We will agree with you on the course of action and timescale. (For example, refunding your money in full or waiting until we have more stock.)

6 All prices include VAT at the standard rate. Your goods will be dispatched with a VAT invoice.

7 Once goods, materials or contractor's services have been specially ordered on your behalf, your order with Paula Michelle Ltd is not cancellable.

8 You understand that whilst every effort is made to represent colours and textures meaningfully on screen, accurate reproduction is contingent on the set-up and technical ability of your monitor, computer, graphics card, software etc.

9 Paula Michelle Ltd strives to supply only very high quality products that have not been tested on animals, employed child labour in their manufacture or have caused damage to the environment. However we cannot guarantee articles or materials above or beyond the guarantee offered by the manufacturer.
