• What are my payment options?

If you follow the Add to basket -> View basket -> Proceed to checkout route you can pay with your credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque please contact us and we will arrange it for you.

• When will my order be dispatched?

We will dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Goods are sent via standard parcel post and will be insured for their full value. Larger items are sent by courier.

• You're out of stock; will you get more?

Many of our producs are are in very limited supply and in some cases are uniqe one-offs. When we sell all the stock we have we may not be able to get more. In the case of items we can restock we may choose not to if the original stock did not sell very well. We're learning all the time, and adapting to your tastes!

• Where do you source the goods you offer for sale?

From almost everywhere! In the course of her every day work as an interior designer Paula must source many different types of goods, furniture, lighting, accessories etc. She regularly comes into contact with artisans producing small quantity or one-off unusual pieces. As a service to our clients we have decided to stock some items and offer them for sale. These items are an eclectic mix and represent what we think are the best quality pieces not easily available anywhere else.

• Who are the two guys with numbers on their chests?

This is John and Jane Doe. A very good looking average couple, John is 5' 9" and Jane is 5' 4". A line drawing of the item you're interested in will appear next to Jane and John at the same proportion so you can judge its size in real life.

• Why do you charge for samples?

We only have a very limited supply of samples so we try to discourage those who are not thinking of buying goods. The cost of any samples will be refunded with any goods you buy.

• What is your trading status?
